The owner's/manager's charm extends a warm and peaceful stay from the moment you meet. The cleanliness and neatness of the rooms offer that comfort and coziness you'll find hard to part from when/if you must for the day. Otherwise, it is quite nice to just lounge the day away
Very nice small motel. Ultra clean room, comfy bed, and cheap price. This motel is just a short drive off the interstate. It has larger refrigerators and a good barbecue setup for work crews or whoever. The owner is very nice. Good restaurant, the Sagebrush, close by.
Wonderful sweet host. Room was clean, quiet and cozy. Lovely little town, close to the highway but not so close that it's noisy. Right across from a nice park. A real slice of America. Would stay again.
While this motel has historical significance from the 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s, it is truly up to date with service and rooms that are clean, comfortable and support that is amazing!! You will get what makes the Midwest a great place where people are happy, supportive and care about what each customer needs!!
Cozy place just off the Lincoln Hwy. My dog loved playing in the park across the road, and I enjoyed the restaurant just down the way. The price was spot-on for the stay. Room was super clean, the bed was comfy, and if the neighbors made any noise I couldn't hear it. The bathroom sink was very spacious and the hot water here gets HOT. Perfect for washing the cold weather off. The hosts had preheated my room for me and had text me any pertinent info. Super nice folks running this place, and I can't wait to return.
Extremely clean and cozy! Ive stayed at other places around and this is my favorite. Service is great and they communicate well. Highly recommend. Rooms are nice, deep sink, new tub/shower surround... you can tell that the owners care.
We discovered this quaint budget friendly hotel when working in the area. This All American Motel is owned and managed by a couple of local ladies who bought and renovated it. The rooms are clean and spacious and the furnishings new. They are also equipped with a large refrigerator and a big screen tv. There are complimentary barbecues for the guests and a grocery store for your supplies only a stones throw away. The ladies even offered us laundry services while we were there.
